The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Thanks, looks interesting lol
You can make it cheap at home. 1 can baked beans, 1 or more sliced up hotdogs.

and the mesh we've got is 6ft and it will have a bit of give so hopefully naughty Daisy won't feel the need to test it out.
Maybe if it is floppy she won't try to climb it.

In Texas, we call them T-post but sometimes we call them other things too! $#@&% :lau
Near as I can tell from some research, the Y post has more of a Y shape is pointed at the bottom and doesn't have the flat plate. But both are metal fence posts, close enough!

I don't know if he'll recommend that or if just a crown will do. Either way, no fun & costly (darned popcorn)!
Dang! We had popcorn last night too, fortunately no damage was done.

Sparse populations are great until you need something. Like medical care, a lumber yard, shoes (non-boots), etc.
Yep, that used to be a big killer of teens out in West Texas, they would have to drive 100 miles to get beer or hard liquor...many had accidents.
Being the 'Cowboy State' I'm sure you can probably find boots in just about any town or backwater!

Just tried to call the dentist's office...he's out and won't be back until Thursday. No one to fill in for him so unless I go out of town (Laramie or Casper) I have to wait until then.

Have I mentioned before how much I dislike living here? :barnie
I think my popcorn days are over too :hit

DH used to love corn nuts and he finally had to give them up after a similar incident. It's hell getting older. Bring on the baby food!
Haaahaha! When I lived in Louisiana I knew several people that were utterly toothless and could eat steak or peanuts or whatever else they wanted! You could almost hear the dueling banjos in the background! :gig

One COULD pick out the unpopped kernels.

I got rid of the ones I could SEE, this was just a tiny hidden one.

Boots we can find...any kind of boots you can imagine. Non-boots (sneakers, etc.) you can only find whatever our little Walmart Light decides to carry.
