hi sean, i like this restaurant, people who own it , they'e been here now for at least ten years, they're from mexico, true mexicans and their food is delicious
come to think of it, not to many foods i don't like and i'm willing to try something at least once, if i don't like it i don't have it eat it:D and will know better next time but i will not eat raw fish, sushi, where i come from, thats bait, also will not eat insect except by accident:lol:

Yeah, I just throw stuff together...:lau
If I'm lazy...which is most of the time, lately, I boil a chicken breast, let it cool, cut and pull it part into small 1/2" to 1" pieces.
In a small sauce pan I saute onions, carrots, celery and garlic in grape seed oil but any oil will work. When that's done, I add water, 1 cube of chicken bullion, and a teaspoon of poultry seasoning and the chicken. Bring to a boil, add some rice and turn down to simmer for 30 minutes. Just before removing from the heat I add a teaspoon of parsley flakes and stir in.
Serve in a bowl with tortilla strips, avocado and sour cream. Usually its salty enough for me, so I just add pepper to taste.
:drool

night everyone, tomorrow my dr @10, hoping he knows whats wrong but more than likely he won't, i always have something weird, he still doesn't know what kind of summer bug that i'm allergic to but when it bites me, oh boy, if i get more than one or two bites i get sicker than a dog, not to mention the swelling:idunno

Yep, only time I eat insects is while riding my bike. :lau That's good that they are from Mexico, at least they should know how to serve real Mexican food.
