Good morning everyone. My chicks are in the mail!

Yayy!!!! Pics when they come!!

It dawned on me that I forgot to post the moose pictures, especially the really bad ones of the golden colored ones. It’s Photo Glut from Blooie Week!

There’s still a lot of snow up on the top, but the moose are loving the lower elevations where the willows are beginning to bud.

DH handled himself very professionally over the firing. Until she asked him that question. Then his real self popped out and he yelled at her *bleep* no and to get the *bleep* out and never *bleeping* come back on the property again.

Yep, I don't like it either....I'm beginning to believe they might be 'right' about it this time...I'll never walk again.

OMG Blooie...you do know this could only happen to you, right? Hope the battle wounds are feeling better today. (Katie was enjoying that a lot!)

The retirement reception went great yesterday. We started getting preparing at 9am and it wasn't over until 7pm but the guest of honor was very pleased and she had a great turnout (and the food, just barely, lasted). Had to laugh at my poor husband, this is the most he's been involved in this type of activity so he was very surprised at how much work had to go into it. His mouth fell open when I told him it happens every time we do this sort of thing.
