Morning everyone!

Hope everyone had a great weekend?
Another hot and muggy day here! It's already 82°F here this morning and the dew point is 73°F.

Well, so much for a day off. DH had a message on the phone at work that his former boss is bringing 11 people down for a "private" dinner at 5pm. These people KNOW the restaurant is closed on Sunday & Monday!

I am not a happy camper.

Thanks Sean. No, no overtime...since my hours were cut back I'm no where close to having the 40 hours needed to get overtime for additional. If I'm lucky, I'll get a decent tip.

The thing is, I like my 2 days off! That's 'me' time, time to waste however I want. Hard for DH to understand since he works 7 days a week.

The nerve of some people. Maybe make some of those peanut butter cookies but use ex lax instead of chocolate chips

Yeah, I can relate to that, had a job were I worked 2 days, off 2 days and worked every other weekend. I would work the 2 days I had off but would take my 3 day weekends off.
