That would be hard on any parent. Lots of adjustments for everyone in the family. Do they live close enough that you can go see them once they're home?

Well at least that’s one good thing then!! Not that it’s a good situation or anything but at least he will not be totally blind. But that is still going to be a big adjustment and of course still awful. So sorry.

The only place I like to shop is the hardware store..... Clothes have to be way to the end of life before i go and get a replacement....

no, no,no clothes, went for husbands snacks, nuts for me, shampoo, food drinks, that kind of shopping, i very seldom go clothes shopping, i sometimes buy on line if i see something that strikes my fancy altho i did buy a new quilt and sheets for the bed

Good morning by the way.... Been fighting pain in my back... last couple of days.

funny thing about loosing weight.... you find aches and pains you didnt know you had...

All the while you are trying to wrangle your britches up....

I weigh in on the 11th expect a big loss through... My arms are crinkly now as are my legs...

I am loosing what I gained the last first... Arms legs waist face... I hope to be in the High two hundreds.... But I dont hold my breath...

Oh and on the 11 I can go back to a regular diet with only a few restrictions.... REgular meaning with all their rules...LOL. But I have done Low Fat Low Carb No Sugar for a very long time... the only issue will be portion control....

A Bowl of Soup from El Pollo Loco lasts me for three meals.... Thank goodness I like it cold too.

I like a little spice in my food and I finally can have it.... Just a splash of Chalula on my eggs... I seem to only be able to eat one egg now.... not three or four...

But Here is the big one They didnt kill my Taste buds.... So I can Enjoy Completely the two or three tablespoons I can eat...

Well 3 plus hours later he’s in recovery. Unfortunately results were not favorable, he will lose his eye. They will release him this afternoon and they’ll stay in a motel as tomorrow he has to be back at the hospital so they can see how he’s doing after surgery and to see what to do next.

No, they are 3 hours from here. We try and hook up every few months.
