Good he is considering the positives. I lived the first 55 years of my life with nothing but VERY gross motion and color out of whichever eye I was not focusing with. It will be somewhat harder for him since he will have to learn the coping mechanisms after having normal vision for 24 years but he will do it.

Not one lady on the senior bus acknowledged my B-Day. Don't care. I had my hot dog special combo at Sam's Club plus they had a 50cent frozen yogurt in a little bowl made out of ice cream cone. No dishes to wash.
I still have a cpn. for my free birthday BIG slice of chocolate cake at Portillos restaurant, got a free 2.5 oz. ice cream at Baskin-Robbins. I'm living large in the neighborhood.
Today is" Cow appreciation Day," at Chick Fil A, free chicken sandwich if I wear my Cow (mowing the grass) t- shirt. It just don't get better than this.
