Had one today.... Bp was so low they couldnt get a read.... but the good news is I am down to 299... I have already gone off Diebedis meds now I am going to cut my blood pressure meds in half

Bad news I mayhave blown the head gaskit in my car... we will see to morrow.

@Blooie I hope that feeling of loss will soon be replaced by a feeling of accomplishment. For a whole year, that was your life. Blooie, I can't tell you how much its meant to me to be able to follow you along for this year. I haven't worn an apron in more than a decade or been to a meeting in three. Too much work, travel, etc and just plain tired. But I've felt connected again following you and Ken. So thank you for that and enjoy the rest that you so much deserve.
