I'm so sorry. That is not a happy birthday. You work so hard to have it blown away. Happy birthday to him just the same. Maybe a big piece of cake will help a little. We went camping this weekend and come home to this. Both boys called us last night and that is not the norm, especially for our younger son. They were both at the fair. Oldest came home to check out the damage. There are 8 power lines down a couple miles west of us. We lost power here for about 4 hours. There is crop damage and we’re wondering if a small tornado went through due to one field in a line being demolished and the next would be ok. It was like every other field in a row for a few miles was like that. Our big shed door is damaged and theres trees snapped off by the field and not due to them being rotten. We only got an inch of rain but as you all know we don’t need it. Hubby’s birthday is todayHe’s got a lot of work to do.

Thank you! 2 fields of corn got stripped pretty good. That was hail damage. These should have nice big leaves. Some have it worse. Their whole fields are gone.I'm so sorry. Thanks Blooie! Are you enjoying your do nothing day?Wow! What a video! Just glad no one was hurt, but I sure am sorry about all of the damage! Happy birthday to hubby!

Sounds delicious!I am indeed, thanks! We drove to Cody and bought a lot of groceries, which we were sadly lacking! Hated to spend money on groceries before I could do much (or hardly any) cooking for us again. Things went bad before we could even use them if we bought stuff. Right now I have two thick pork chops marinating in brine, and have corn-on-the cob sitting in the husks in a pan of water. As soon as Ken wakes up from his well deserved nap, we’ll fire up the grill and get it all cooked up! Haven’t done a lot of cooking over the past year! Seems even when when we weren’t traveling, we were either out shopping or doing something, so we still did a lot of restaurants or fast food.
Sounds delicious!
