i have canned yellow ones but they say they're not suppose to be canned due to the low acid, you could put lemon juice or vinegar but seems to me it would taste weirdAhh okay. That makes sense. That’s odd they go so fast haha

Although it is back this morning.and it came back last night around like 5 or 7 or so while I was making dinner but couldn’t take meds since it was so late (Excedrin is really the only one that works for me lately) but thankfully it died down some before bed and I was able to sleep.
I’m going to give this one a couple hours and hopefully it will go away. Sometimes that happens for some reason, get it bad in the morning then it goes away, so I’m giving it some time before taking any Excedrin or anything for it.
Anyway, while I do get migraines fairly frequently, I don’t normally wake up with them so this waking up with them two days in a row thing and having the bad one the other night/not sleeping is really getting old.

Sounds delicious. I think I might make a stir fry with the shishito peppers I got yesterday and all these dang green beans we have haha someone gave me a good yet simple stir fry sauce idea so going to try that with it. And I have some chicken I got yesterday so might add that. Or just the veggies and rice. We’ll see. Might get some broccoli maybe.
Sounds like a good day. I might make some pickles today but not sure yet because I also want to cook dinner later and the canning will probably be an all day affair for me given how slow I am at cooking/prepping and all this sort of stuff haha and how many cucumbers I have. But we’ll see.
Might do some laundry and/or cleaning instead then canning tomorrow.
Also need to go shopping again and find some of the ingredients for the stir fry sauce and need to look and see if we have rice.
