have to look into this, funny, i can go months without cramps, then all of a sudden they start again and i haven't done anything dfferent, in blood test, shows low but not that low, with in normal range by 1 point:idunno

on a better note, went out tonight and picked more tomatoes, going to try tomorrow to make spaghetti sauce for the first time, i've always made whole, juice and soup with my tomatoes but with the sauce having so much extra sugar added in i need to make my own cause i don't want to pay anywhere from 7 something to 9 something for one jar of sauce
that adds up and to be honest, i'm kinda tight when it come to something i can make myself:lol:
AND husband picked our first two ears of corn tonight for supper
Also if I get leg cramps I drink Gatorade. That helps me.
 
I've heard that tonic water works well too. The quinine is the component that is supposed to help.
i used to drink that and yes it did help but then got to where, it went down the throat and made a u turn, got where i couldn't drink it, many years ago i even had the quinine pills but then i couldn't get them anymore
so now i walk it off and deal with sore legs the next day, when its really bad husband massages the leg when the cramp passes for the moment,

Doing well, but working too much.

Mine happen when I sweat too much and I've found tomato juice to be my friend as it's high in both magnesium and potassium. I also have a magnesium supplement that works well in a pinch.
