I got an up close picture of one of hubby’s cornfields yesterday. This is the hail damage from a couple weeks ago. The leaves should be nice and full. The neighbor next to us lost all his beans in that field. It will be interesting how the crops pan out this fall.

some people are thinking food is going to get scarce this coming fall and next year due to the weather being so crazy, going to be a food shortage:idunno

Morning all :) happy Tuesday.

I'm sitting on the phone waiting for the help desk @ work and catching up on BYC. Looks like most people showed up for work, service level is improving. I imagine we'll have calls about the hurricane today, people making sure their insurance is paid, etc. If anyone is at risk I hope you all stay safe.
afternoon im

Afternoon sharron. I have seen Roma tomatoes like yours. Yummy!
yes, i bought some roma's at the auction thinking they were regular red romas and have found out they do have yellow and orange ones, really throws you off waiting for them to turn red and they just keep getting a darker color orange:lol:
found seeds on ebay after the net told me they're a plum type, i like the pineapples the best tho, second, the peach tomatoes, when i have them i usually have two to three a day in salads also have them on tomato sandwiches too
