I just looked and there are a LOT of recipes there! Glad you've got them all grouped and listed in the first post. Can't imagine reading through the thread (all 2300 pages) trying to find something specific or that used something as a main ingredient. For instance apples which our puny little tree (at least 10 years old) decided to put out a lot this year plus someone gave DW and entire grocery bag of Macs at the PO.

We won't have a restaurant next season so I'd just go back to being the club house manager which would be a lot easier physically.

Plus the hours would likely be more regular. AND no messing around with the restaurant supply people. Though no Red Hat ladies either

Good morning Cap. Actually, we processed all the quail in the Spring. They give me hives when I handle them or if I spent much time in their garden I couldn't take it any more so we've been eating them. Just chickens now.

I have 28 eggs in my incubator

Well that stinks. Maybe different types wouldn't bother you. Valley quail are cool.

Oh and my birds are doing well. I have Celadon layers and the valley quail. Hopefully I sell more soon.

Maybe, and they are beautiful as well. I wish I could keep a lot of different birds but can't. I was going to take a parrot from a friend at work but got hives from handling it so couldn't. I'm just sticking with chickens
