I survived today's activities with 14 parents staying until after lunch 
. Had 15 children and 7 went home before nap so that was good. The afternoon was good, but still had some stay until close at 3

Now to survive the day after Halloween and all that candy that we know the parents will let them have tonight and in the morning.

one parent already said they were going to let the child eat candy like crazy tonight and in the morning

Maybe they should change the Trick or Treat/Trunk or Treat celebration day to the last Friday in October. Save a lot of teachers and daycare providers!Most likely and then tomorrow they'll all be wound up on candy.
It is 68° and raining here, no fire. Why do you live where it is so cold in October?Its 34°F here right now, with 20 to 30mph winds and light showers....I absolutely hate cold rain.
