I read in one of the other threads that if you can't sleep it's because you're awake in someone else's dream .

I've never heard that before. So does that mean when we wake up in the middle of the night, it's because whoever's dream we were in finally let us go to sleep?

i like dean koontz and he has six short stories thru amazon that since i have kindle i get to borrow for free, since they're short had them read in two evenings(only read in the evenings right before bed) the last one i finished was one by joe hill, was hard to get into that one, wasn't my cup of tea or it wouldn't have taken so long to read, called heart shaped box, that one was a new author for me, didn't like it

Nice. I enjoy Koontz too, although I haven't read many of his books.
I have a Kobo and get a lot of free books from them, and don't actually spend money on buying what I would truly like. Although I am reading a Ken Follett book righf now that I actually bought.

John Connolly is very good too! Robert Crais is wonderful, I love his Elvis Cole stories. And Lisa Gardner is always good. Harlan Coben, David Baldacci...

Too many good ones and not enough time
