The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

My favorites are Ayhe, Rooster spurs, Venezuelan, Chile pequins. Unlike most Texans, I really don't care for Jalapenos.
i grow the chiles, aji's, ghost , peter peppers and one i just call the little pepper, have no idea what it is, just about the size of my fingernail and hot enough to last you for several meals(brother gave me some little plants one year) i plant the mild peppers at one end of the garden and the hots at the other end, usually two or three hots each, just for me and son if he wants any, i do have a friend that i take my leftovers when i produce alot of hots

Back in the day I grew 28 different varieties of peppers. I grew some Habaneros that weren't hot!!!...at least not hot until they had produced a second round of peppers! :D was hilarious when my dad saw me eating the first batch, he didn't want any part of it. The next batch he decided he'd try'em.....he was on fire!!!! I laughed so hard I was crying! He on the other hand was crying for a different reason. :rant:gig:gig:gig
