Yes, I'm very sore today but it went pretty well. I need to work on my skinning technique or get a proper scalder setup. I think the hardest part was getting a single pig into the kill area without the others.
I guess no one wanted to be "that" piggy that had to go to the dance alone.
Bet you are sore, those things are quite a bit bigger than a chicken!
Yup and we did the small boy first, mainly because he's a boy but also figured start small and learn from it.
