sorry, after i said i was here we took off to wally world to get a few things before things got busy, but everything is fine here, just cloudy for the next few day and then rain, but better than snow

I went to the new doctor yesterday afternoon. He thinks I need an orthotic because of the way I stand/walk so I'll go to Casper on the 21st to get that taken care of. Hope it helps!

Orthotics have been a Godsend for me.

Just make sure that you give them a few weeks of use before you determine if they're working or not. Your whole body will realign, so be prepared for joint aches and back pain during the first few weeks.

Wonder how that will be different than now?

I'm just hoping it will be better than that giant boot I've been wearing. They said the orthotic would be custom made once they get a mold of my foot, so hopefully the fit will be good.

Never had one before, so thank you for giving me a heads up about the alignment (gee, now I sound like a car).
