Hey, 41 pounds of meat isn't bad at all! Yikes, it does sound like a lot of hard work though. Maybe the next one will go easier?

I think this one being so small is what made it harder to do. Generally the weight of the animal helps hold everything still, this little guy was wiggling all over the place.
