I painted it white...I’ll post a finished picture in a day or 2.
This is the sewing machine cabinet I did. I still have to wax it.

I prefer to stain wood when I refinish it. I like looking at the character of the grain. Just old school I guess. But it is quicker to get the project done without that. Looking good.

Thank you! I almost didn’t finish the sewing cabinet as the wood wasn’t very nice but I’m glad I did.

Thanks! I agree if the piece is nice but these weren’t. The painted distressed look is extremely popular around here.

Now that kind of snow I could live with...it falls for a bit, looks pretty and then disappears.

The snow falls for a bit in October ... and a bit in November ... and a bit in December ... and a bit in January ... and a bit in February ... and a bit in March ... and a bit in April and it disappears in May!!
