Good morning Sharron! What are you up to today?

I'm going to be spending some time in the kitchen. I have a new banana nut muffin recipe to try. And DH goes back to Casper tomorrow so I'm going to send him off with a baked pizza he can have for a couple of meals.

hi debby, have to go to the dentist for the last time, husband put his foot down, they want him to take a fitting for his thingy that keeps him from grinding his teeth, have his teeth cleaned and something else, but husband told them no, which dentist 's wife didn't believe him and set him up for all of this, they're trying to get 5,000. out of him i think anyway husband told her, he will pick up the thingy but nothing else, hes not trump, hes on ss
if we get home in time, i might either make a loaf of bread for husband or maybe some buns, not sure, did you know that the people in the panhandle don't know what rye bread is, well, they might know but the stores don't carry it, at least with caraway seeds, and try finding rye flour down here, i have to bring it with me or order it from king arthur on the net and of course i'll be in the greenhouse, have a few more plants i need to transplant, oh, i have grapefruit coming up finally from seeds (shrimp lady gave me two homegrown grapefruits) i took the seeds out of one and put them in dirt, noticed last night, that a few were breaking the surface.

Hey Sharron, if you have a rye bread recipe you like, would you mind sharing it? I've tried making it a couple of times but it never seemed just "right".

Darn it! I wish I wouldn't have just looked at our temperature...it's -8*. Now I really feel cold.

i use the one i found on king arthur flour website to be honest debby, unless i use the bread machine(i use it when i want something easy and i can just add the ingredients to the pan, turn it on and leave) husband likes it either way
since i get king arthur's flour, works out great with their recipe

ok i will tell you that its cloudy and tomorrow suppose to start raining again, i know in winter down here we get rain instead of snow but man, so tired of rain.think its suppose to rain most of the week no, i lie, friday and saturday are suppose to be sunny

I remember the Florida rains, both in south FL and north FL. But your sunshine sure sounds good!

i'm sorry, i would never want to live there, pa is bad enough but it has one thing that keeps me going back-----husband but have to admit, if he wanted to move to another snowy state, he would have to go by himself, i would join him when it got warm
