The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Our local government is wanting to prohibit any gathering of more than 20/50 people, other than at grocery stores. Several bars and restaurants are turning away anyone over the age of 60. And they have the National Guard set up in Telluride, one of the ski towns here. This is so.... idk, bizarre.

Things certainly are getting bizarre!

Everybody just stay safe. I really am thinking of you all. Just keep washing those hands!

@Blooie I hope the puppies settle in soon. Have you decided on a name for yours yet? Hopefully Fee will be a good big sister and help to teach them the ropes.

Because I'd like a terrier at some point for rodent and rabbit control I know we need to get a puppy to socialise it with all of our other animals, but I have to say the thought does not fill me with joy. Though I did have a toddler at the same as we had our puppy, so that probably didn't add to the experience.

What breed of terrier are you thinking of Jae? Yikes a toddler and a puppy? That must have been um, memorable. :gig

I would love an Australian Terrier but all the breeders are way down south, so I've been looking at Border Terriers as there's a breeder not too far away who is a vet (so I figure she knows what she's doing). They have a softer terrier nature because they were bred to work with other dogs to hunt foxes and they sound like a good family dog.

Our dog, having given herself a few whacks on the electric fence, now prefers to stay near the house where it is safe. Unless she's on the lead she won't follow us anywhere now. I've changed her name to Useless (she knows I'm joking).

We have a fort and 2 very happy little boys. 2 air mattresses stretched from the couch to entertainment center for a roof and blankets for walls. They can plug in devices and chill out.
