Yay, another installment on the Adventures of Mr. TP!

(That tp gets around a lot more than I do.)

Either is fine. It's my go-to for birthday cakes (I detest creaming butter and sugar for anything) so I usually make it the day before.

I love creamed butter, sugar and vanilla! Especially the mix for chocolate chip cookies.

Of course the kitchenaid mixer makes quick work of creaming butter and sugar

@room onthebroom if you want one more good chocolate cake recipe, just look at the back of a Nestle's cocoa powder can for a great one! That's our favorite chocolate cake.
