@N F C keeping up with welcoming newcomers is becoming work.

I seriously hope that 6 months from now all are still caring for their flocks. Call me a pessimist, but I am dubious.

I hear you on the # of newbies and the hope for the new flock's futures. I'll try to do more welcomes but have given up on trying to greet every single one of them. Holy crow, they just keep coming.
