yeah sour, according to the weather coming in tomorrow sometime, not sure til it gets here, gusts up to 60 mph, that worries me cause i still have eggs in the incubator

This site has a bread timer with 6 recipes! I'm baking the Champlain bread but an using spelt and now rye flour.

It is more time spent waiting to do things rather than actual complicated stuff.

It is perfect for being in lockdown!

I can send you a start but mail is slow. I sent a start out on Thursday April Second and it still has not been delivered. That was from California to Illinois.

what site ron? maybe i can find something easy, i've seen the spelt flour and other flours at the amish stores but never tried them
