i agree with the slow method but a young one is also good fried like chickenWe raised meat rabbits when we had our little farm in Florida. After getting over my initial hesitation with the 1st one we processed, I thought they were very good. Ours were on rabbit feed and garden greens so they didn't taste wild at all. They reminded me of very lean chicken...cooking them low & slow was the way we found best to fix them (like stewing or in a crock pot).
