We have teachers but they can only teach at daycare. We don’t have enough extra staff or the extra money to deal with them one on one.
Another got let go yesterday. He will be able to come back come school time if the parents get him help.
We had brothers sent home today. They were fighting over a toy which resulted in the younger brother getting mad and tearing out of the room and he got through the hallway into the gym and was going to run out the door at the other end of the building. The teacher got him to stop by threatening to call the cops. He turned around and flipped her the bird and said F U. He’s 4.

That might start a chomping epidemic :th

I've seen some tough ones throughout my time, but never a biter that bad :( That's good! that your school can kick them out. You've got some bad cases there and we all know it starts at home! The parents have to step up and be responsible for their kids and teach them "right from wrong" I've been called the "B" word before but never the F U by a 3 1\2 .
I've had runners before as well and we have to use a baby gate or keep the doors closed :( Sure hope it gets better for you !!

I'm right there with you, sometimes I just have to step back and count 🤔 and hope it works. I have an assistant in the room so I'll just walk away and let her take over until I can resume and can normally get the child calmed down and refocused. We can't do "time out " we can only " redirect"
