The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

I'm hoping they get the next test done early today so she can start eating regular food.
As opposed to hospital food? ;)
Actually it isn't necessarily bad. Last time we had someone in the hospital here (not even sure who or how long ago) the menu for the patient looked pretty appetizing. Too bad I can't say the same for the cafe where visitors and staff have to eat.

Hi Debby! It’s Tuesday. One of our naughty children starts transitioning to the preschool side today:yesss:
I'm sure the people in the preschool side are just THRILLED!

Hi guys - I wish folks who dish out "humorous(?) remarks were able to "take them" without carrying grudge fits to the death- okay just one person!!
Here in Debby's room? Did I miss something?

Good evening folks... Sue had another good day. She got to have real food and I fed her lunch. Her assessment was it sucked. I tasted it and agree with her. She did like the pudding for desert. But real food is a big step. So I'm happy. She smiled and teared up when I told her all of you are praying for her. She also didn't like that I had to feed her. they still have restraints in place to prevent her from pulling out tubes so she can't feed herself. They may leave her feeding tube in place as one of her very important meds is delivered that way and tates horrible. And the pill form is way too big for her gag reflex.

It's great to hear she's doing better. Maybe you could sneak her a tasty treat next time. :D

Sounds like that medicine is best delivered directly to her stomach though. I'm no good with 'horse pills' either.
