I'm ready to paint, the boy taped off everything for me.

I'm dehydrating onions today, should smell interesting in here later

I think they smell good, but they make your eyes water when they're just getting started! I just put them in a quart jar in the pantry but I use a lot of onions throughout the year so they don't last long. If I do a large batch I vac seal and put in the freezer, then refill the jar when it's empty.

It sounds like a good idea! We go through times of the year when onions are not good at the store

I do a lot of produce this way while things are in season. Apples for pie, celery which we never finish. It comes in really handy for soups and stews when it's cooler. Greens my husband doesn't like that I can hide in meatloaf.

I should dehydrate some pineapple and then in the fall some good local apples!
