I'm not a fan of dehydrated pineapple. It's too sweet that way for me. Apples are a favorite though.I should dehydrate some pineapple and then in the fall some good local apples!

homemade fruit leathers were a hit here
I'm going to try hamburger jerky this weekend, never made it that way before. Roma tomato chips are great. Sometimes I'll sprinkle those with some powdered basil. They're good with a mixture of onion and garlic powders and a little dry cilantro too. Greens to hide in things so hubs gets them. I'll sprinkle those into burgers, meatloaf, soups. Carrots and celery are nice to have on hand, throw those in with some rice and chicken bouillon for a side dish. Sweet, bell and hot peppers. I'll try just about anything in there.Besides onions and apples, what are some of the things you like to dehydrate IM?
Yup, here too although I don't make them much any more. I make the kids eat fresh fruit instead.homemade fruit leathers were a hit here
