They have to cover it, they're contractually obligated to do so. Since there's no UMPD in AZ it's a collision loss subject to our deductible but not Kens fault. No front end damage on the vehicle at all.

That's not going to happen. Hubs wasn't able to get close enough, no physical description of the driver. Once the person went out onto a major street hubs stopped pursuit for safety and to prevent more damage to my vehicle. He was hit from behind and pushed through an intersection. He had to make a U turn whereas the person who hit him just made a left turn and scrammed.

I'm glad Igor wasn't hurt, that could have been a much worse accident. Good to hear your insurance will cover the damage! Any idea on when you might have the car back?
