Nope - supposed to be 95 F tomorrow, and in the nineties until mid week next week. The high humidity is the real killer - literally and figuratively.

I'm pretty sure leftover birthday cake doesn't have any carbs, or calories. All that stuff leaked out when the cake was cut.

I only wish that were true. I'm being good, and the scale agrees with me, but inflammation is doing its best to hang on.
