people are really starting to bug me, getting old and grouchy, more so than usual

Maybe it's a phase of the moon. I went to town yesterday, and found myself fighting to retain patience and a good attitude. I succeeded, but it was close.

Test was negative. I had to... call... the Drs office. The guy that answered says, yes, it's right here, can I read it to you? Well yes! I couldn't stop coughing while on the phone with him. Really upsets me that they didn't call. People are waiting for results. This has been the worst flu bug I've had in a long time. Headache to start, then a real bad sore throat, then a real stuffy nose, then a fever that didn't last long, then came back even higher..then sore muscles where I've never had sore muscles....then the cough! It's horrible. Still coughing. Can't take a breath in too far without it starting. I call it my coughing fits. I'm pretty tired...worn out. Hopefully the test was right and I won't have any residual effects in my lungs like I'm hearing folks are with the virus.. Heart too. This has been crazy, still is. Mad at my Drs office.

The highs will likely stay in the 90s until September. 80s then and late Sept. to Oct, we will get highs in the 70s. We will usually get our first rain in October too.

i just bought these for husband at the auction, he wanted buff orpingtons and all i have are the chocolate, and silver chocolate birchens orpingtons so when this man brought his ten young pullets in, they came home with us, they seem to like the place but won't stay in the pasture, i'm raising him a silver chocolate cockeral, when hes a little older, will see if the girls like him
i never threaten mine unless one of them trys to spur me, then they're grabbed and threatened with supper

I put the boys in chicken jail if they do that.

The ENT did a Covid test on me, and they never called either. He said, well if you had it we would not have done your procedure.

You poor thing! Hopefully it will run its course quickly.

I change it to Fahrenheit for you guys (thank goodness for online conversion calculators because otherwise I'd have no idea). In Celsius it was 3.5 and it has now warmed up to 5.6.
