UP in the mountains where my Mom lives there are some big red ants but not fire ants. They will bit you though

I'm running late today. Tried a new allergy med last night and it knocked me out for 11.5 hours. Guess I'll just try the 1/2 dose next time.

Hi Sue, how are you getting along today? Are you having some sort of test today?

The allergy med surprised me. But it was nice not to wake up at 1 or 2am with a blocked up head and a sinus headache for sure!

Well, days like today, I'm glad my birds are locked up. It seems early for hawks to be migrating, but that's what it looks like. When we first came out they were low and directly over the house, but they moved by the time we got the camera ready.

Wow, that is a bunch of hawks! We have a few here, nothing like that though. We have Turkey Vultures here. A few roost in our trees & then when they get ready to migrate we can have upwards of 20 flying above our yard. They've only been here for the last 10 years or so!

Good morning Debby, have a great day. I'm thinking with the sudden explosion of hummers and hawks that I'm seeing migration in progress, if so and this early in the year, it doesn't bode well for those living up north.

That's exactly what I was thinking we could have a long cold winter ahead. Though ours will never be like the ones Debby experiences!

The hawks have already moved on. Not sure if I'll see them tomorrow or not. Last year they stayed here for a couple three days and then headed south.

Doing pretty good today, no real headaches to complain about Just sitting here doing nothing again No tests for me

No work for me today, I did all the "have to do's" yesterday

Yay on no headache for you! Do you do some sort of crafty-type thing like crochet or painting? Maybe that would break up the tedium of sitting?
