Morning, everyone. I haven't checked in for a few days. You all sure talk a lot :lol:

We had an interesting day yesterday. Seems my neighbor 2 doors down special ordered a new smokestack and cap for his wood stove to be installed yesterday. It also seems we have the exact same size and height for ours. The installer came to the house and told my husband they were here to install it and that I had ordered it. He said to go ahead. Well, we have a bright shiny new smokestack and chimney cap and the neighbor doesn't. :lau We don't know if they are going to come and put the old one back on or just order the neighbors a new assembly. They are supposed to let us know today what's going on. If they leave it, we will offer to pay for it. Mistakes happen and they had to drive an hour to get over here. Plus it's really pretty.

That is such a crazy story :gig Does your neighbor know you have "his" smokestack and cap?
 
I just checked our 10 day forecast...someone needs to verify for me what I'm seeing for next week, because surely I'm still asleep and dreaming.
