Here I call it the season of 'Purple and Gold' - goldenrod, yellow daisies, and two varieties of purple flowers whose names I can't recall right now. Silky dogwood and other native shrubs are turning red/purple. Bees are extremely busy stocking up on pollen and nectar.

Right outside of Casper someone has a small herd of buffalo, those are pretty fun to see. But no camels darn it.

Good morning Debby! I love to see Buffalo too...we just saw a small herd at a place off highway 2, between Wenatchee & Spokane...kind of surprised us!

theres a lady and man that have a place where people come, pay and walk around to see different animals, they have 5 grown camels( four normal camels, and 1 two hump camel) 1 baby 1 hump and 1 white camel baby, when they first got the white baby, it was pretty sick looking, i thought it looked like it was dying but now its looks better, we see the young ones every monday on the way back from the auction, they live about five miles from us
they go to mt.hope exotic sale three times a year and sometimes buy exotic's
