As we were coming inside, I said to the Princess, "We don't need to move to Florida. We can still do it." She replied, "Not yet."

Front walk is cleared, deck is 'passable', "Cousin" Richard has plowed the driveway, and I have started finishing that up. Had to take a break as the Princess is showering, and I am not allowed to shovel unmonitored. Heavy and wet makes for slow going.

That's actually a good idea to have a monitor. Sure wouldn't want you falling into a snowbank and not be able to get yourself out. And of course, there's that whole heart attack thing to consider.

I'm baking today, my first time in the new house. Half the work was finding all the ingredients and utensils needed. They were all here...somewhere.

I need to bake something or I’ll forget how. I made muffins out of a box last week and I forgot to put the eggs in. My son said I should screw up more often.
