Sorry about your hubby! A few years back I strained mine washing windows in flip flops. Yep, stupid idea! Hurt for a couple years.
We are getting closer. We’ll finish the floor shortly. (Someone just showed up to hopefully buy a sled we put up for sale yesterday.)We should be able to get the toilet, toilet paper holder, ceiling fan and lights, shower head and handle in yet today.
Let me know when you get motivated so I can encourage you

Ouch! I love flip flops but I hate how much they hurt after long periods of time and I'm too cheap to invest in a "good" pair.
Two of our bathrooms need walls sanded and repainted. One needs new baseboards, faucet, door frame, outlet & light switch....and the other needs new floors, a door, and the little touches here & there. But when I start thinking of the process I never know where to begin.

Been extra busy here. DH ruptured his achilles tendon Friday night kinda an existing injury from skating as a kid and strain from work. He's been taking it easy so he thought it healed until he went to get on the his skateboard to skate with the dog... took one step and it popped. Needs surgery and will be out of work for 4-6 weeks.. doctor at ER said to him "you're getting old" haha ughhh.

Cannot wait to see the end results DMC! All the hard work will pay off and it will feel so good! You definitely motivate me to do a little TLC for my bathroom

Ouch! Your poor husband, that has to feel bad. Hope he gets the surgery soon so he can get back to normal.

I have Under Armour flip flops which I love. They were $25 or so. They are very comfortable and don’t have that thing between the toes.
Don’t do both bathrooms at once like we didYour bathrooms sound like a piece of cakeWe took ours too the studs. Carpenters are saints! Anyway...We were hooking up the ceiling fan a little bit ago and turned it on to make sure it worked and it rattled loudly so it had to come apart to take out a piece that our blizzard winds last week knocked loose. If something dumb is going to happen it will happen to us. Hubby took a break to go get his fishing license as #1 son wants hime to go fishing with him. I need a nap
