I’ve gotten used to them for the most part. I have to wear them almost full time right now...about May I can start wearing it just at night.
It looks like winter but hasn’t been too bad. We have had it far worse.

I had braces in middle school but I wore my retainer religiously for years until recently :oops: 1st retainer broke (the classic plastic one with wire) and in 2 weeks without it, my bottom teeth shifted a little bit and that scared me. Then I got the clear ones they make now and it helps if you grind teeth at night. Now, I only wear them at night every weekend.
Costs way too much to just let your teeth go back.

😂 200 mugs!? You got me beat but I could see myself having that easily. Sometimes they just call me and I can't help myself!
I use to have more, maybe 40 but, I had to come to terms that I have no space so I probably have about 20ish. With my most favorite ones, I planted succulents in them and gave as gifts for family :lol:

My dentist told me after the braces come off your teeth still move and that’s why it’s so important to wear the retainers religiously until they establish themselves.
