We had our big road trip today, going to my sisters and back again. Our dog came along for the trip (as well as 4 cockatiel chicks who need more frequent feeds than the rest) and she enjoyed the outing (especially the treats she kept conning out of people).

Here's my parents puppy, Grace. She's very cuddly and cute.

As predicted my chicks started hatching today too. So far 10 have hatched with a few more hopefuls to go.

The large dark brown one (he looks black in the photo) already has quite a prominent comb.

I'll get better photos tomorrow when there's some decent light as it's evening here.
