I have a thawed out pork butt I was going to cook tomorrow and turn into pulled pork for sandwiches. But DH just called and said he can't come up until next week (his truck transmission was just damaged and needs to be replaced).
I can't re-freeze the pork and I'm kind of worried about letting it sit raw in the fridge for a week.
