DMC, are you done working on your bathrooms now?

This is the downstairs bathroom. I refinished this cabinet, it was from the upstairs bathroom I put new drawer pulls on also. The trim is old wood from our granary. We need to put up a mirror yet and eventually a fake ceiling.

The one I posted pictures of is done except for a shower door...not sure if it will fit as everything in this house is crooked.
The basement one is pretty well done except the pipes on the shower. We got parts to finish that yesterday.
We just got done putting the coat hooks up in the new entry and the trim around the window. We can’t go any further in there until we build up the floor about a 1/2”. Not sure how it got off so far but it won’t transition to my laundry room too well if we don’t do it. I can’t get my flooring anymore that is in the kitchen and laundry room so I’m going to save up to replace it all and extend it into my dining room(rip out the carpet)and other entry. I can use the existing stuff in the basement so it’s not wasted.

We bought the matching tile we needed to finish our kitchen floor year before last so that it would tie into the rest of the house, I told my husband we'd better get it before it's no longer available. Sure enough it's not available at the place where we bought it, I'm glad that we bit the bullet and made the purchase. I think I can still get it elsewhere, but the price would be much higher.

Thanks Rene! It might be awhile before the floor is done. For now I threw rugs over it so it doesn’t get wet. Smart thinking buying your flooring ahead. I don’t love my flooring. It’s about 7 years old and is starting to wear already. It is vinyl planks. I will get them again but a better quality.

Everything takes time! It will all look so beautiful when it's finally finished!

Looks good! Isn't it funny how one job leads to another which leads to another? Nice you can reuse some things.
