Organic chemistry was my enemy.. disliked it and it disliked me.

After taking nutritional biochemistry it all made sense to me.

Hi Ron! My kitchen isn’t very big either.

Our house was built in 1995. Back then it was assumed people would use the kitchen to re heat takeout and microwave dinners LOL! Kitchens are usually much bigger in newer and of course older houses

If I didn’t have 2 coffee makers, a microwave, toaster, knife block, utensil holder, 2 mixers and a paper towel holder sitting on my countertops I’d have plenty of room. I daily move something out of my way.

good for her!!....never got the hang of chemistry--passed by the skin of my teeth (to the shame of my father the chemist)

Chemistry was easy. Organic chemistry was not. Chapter 1 plus chapter 2 did NOT add up to chapter 3. I passed but not with an A.

I blame my older sister, she hogged all the organic chemistry brain cells. She has a PhD in it. After some time in industry she taught regular and organic at the college level until she retired 2 years ago.
