I made potato salad last night. I’m making tuna salad and dirt salad this morning. My son is smoking burgers and we’ll have potato chips too.

What's dirt salad?

I made potato salad Saturday and cole slaw Sunday :)

It’s a layered salad of crushed oreos and a mixture of cool whip, cream cheese, french vanilla pudding, butter and powdered sugar. You can top it with gummy worms if you want. It’s so good!

I use the little red potatoes, cut up into bite sizes and boiled until just soft. Celery, onion, cut up hard boiled eggs, mayo, salt, pepper, yellow mustard. I think that's it. As many times as I've made it, I should know for sure :lol:
