I imagine so! All I’ve done is water the grass and changed the water in a pool for the ducks and I’m ready for a nap.

Noise ordinance says I can't start mowing until 7am but so far I have watered the bell peppers, lettuce and tomatoes (just one day of heat and my lettuce wilted). The chickens are set for the day. The cat box cleaned. Trash has been taken out.

Shoot, I'm ready for a nap now and haven't even started mowing yet.

He protects the Runners from them but otherwise doesn’t care. The Runners are firmly in his camp and aren’t interested in them. Plus they’re spending all their time fighting with each other so they’re leaving for everyone else alone.

That’s a lot of work in a short period of time! It’s crazy that it’s so hot there already. Is that normal? Maybe you left the frying pan for the fire.

I think it's a little warmer than normal. Sure do miss the 60-70* days, hope they come back soon.

No, they aren’t bored that’s for sure! It is chaos though and the two boys are upsetting the rest of the flock. It’s crazy but Jasper is considerably smaller than the white boys and he has them under control. If he joins the fray the other two run.

If there was a fire in my neighborhood, I'd jog too...away from it!

We watched the season premier of Alone last night and one contestant had to wait for the smoke to clear to see the lake. The show was filmed last Fall.

The smoke was from our fires in California, Washington and Oregon!

That is a long way to go to get away from smoke!
