When you go to loading that Ark with two by twos you might consider leaving out a few, like mosquitoes, ticks, and such.

Despite the lack of rain, part of my garden doesn’t look too bad. My tomatoes don’t look nice and my green pepper plant is aborting it’s blossoms. For the first time in a long time we have potato bugs. They ate some of the foliage down pretty good.

5 plants is doable!
It would be bigger if we grew sweet corn. We never had good luck with corn. We get it from a friend. He always gives us enough to freeze. Hubby picked up garden powder today for the potato plants. I can’t believe how quickly those bugs can strip a plant of their leaves. I don’t like using chemicals.
