Goodmorning and happy and safe 4th to everyone.
DMC, I envy you your baking talent. I was in the baking industry 50 years ago, managed several bakeries but alas, I was too fiddle footed to stick with it. Now I can't bake a simple cake without it being fat in the center and thin as a pancake on the edge. Smh.

I grew up with a mother who baked otherwise I may not have started. I enjoy it. I’d blame it on the oven if my cake was lopsided :lol:
