When you make your homemade pizza do you prebake your crust a little bit?
I don't pre-bake the crust but then we make thin crusts pizzas. We preheat the oven to around 475-500*, put the pizza on a stone then bake it about 10 minutes, rotate it and bake about another 10 minutes.
