I have mandatory training every year and my company has a zero tolerance policy that is strictly enforced.

I'm doing alright, Thanks for asking. Had a few days of not nice headaches, but I'm hoping for more pain free days again. Shoulder is hit and miss with the pain. I feel like I'm just falling apart lately.
