The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

I canned a whole pork loin this afternoon. I haven’t done it in years. I hope I did it right. All that juice is from the pork. I didn’t add anything. We have half a cow coming in September I’d like to do some beef too.

We are at another 2.1 inches of rain today with a total of 6.5 in 9 days. It is still raining. I think our drought is over for the year. Our trees are getting a much needed watering though.
That's awesome. Is it difficult to can meat?
