We bought Maytag, again, when we moved into this home. We bought the "commercial " line. Ironically, I bought the same washer for my business, but Maytag said the couldn't warranty it, because it was being used in a "commercial setting".
We are actually satisfied with this washer. My last Maytag wasn't so great.

Apparently Maytag, like lots of other manufacturers, have dropped significantly in the reliability department over the years. With your experience on the last 2 machines I'm surprised you bought another Maytag.

The Maytag repairman was the loneliest man in the world . Until the first one hit the end of the production line . They left out that part of the story

I don’t understand Maytag’s logic there! I most definitely give my machines a workout but they are supposed to be able to handle big loads. I have a Maytag oven and dishwasher and have had no issues with either. I think I’ve had them 9 years.
